In September began the construction of dam and hydroelectric power plant Bawanur on the Sirwan river in northern Iraq. Project of hydroelectric power dam and large irrigation has developed the PS PROFI s.r.o. in cooperation with members of the cluster CREA Hydro & Energy. The Bawanur dam will be multipurpose water project, which will be determined for the purposes of the storage, retention, irrigation, recreation and electricity production.
